Description
Lappeenrannan-Lahden teknillinen yliopisto LUT (myöhemmin LUT) pyytää tarjousta LUT-korkeakoulujen (LUT yliopisto ja LAB ammattikorkeakoulu) käyttöön tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti ITSM/ESM- järjestelmäpalvelusta. Efecte palvelunhallintaohjelmisto on ollut LUTin tietohallinnolla käytössä vuodesta 2007 ns. onpremise asennuksena ja vuoden 2019 jälkeen Efecte ohjelmistoa on käytetty pilvipalveluna. Sen käyttö on laajentunut myös muihin yksikköihin niin, että käyttäjiä on tällä hetkellä n. 166 henkilöä ja käytössä oleva tallennuskapasiteetti n. 570 GB.
