Avtalet avser ett fastighetssystem för hantering av upplåtelseavtal, tomträtter, drift och underhåll samt fastighetstaxering som är knuten till fastigheter som ägs och förvaltas av Fastighets- och gatukontoret i Malmö stad. Uppdraget avser tillhandahållandet av, och ett helhetsansvar för, fastighetssystemet med dess tillhörande produkter och tjänster så som t.ex. support, konsultstöd, utbildning, införandeprojekt m.m.
