Description
To strengthen the partnership between the European Union and Ghana by enhancing the awareness and effectiveness of EU cooperation particularly in the framework of the Global Gateway strategy The expected outputs of this contract are as follows: Output 1: Technical support is provided for the identification, formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EU-funded projects, Team Europe initiatives and Global Gateway investments, including effective mainstreaming of gender equality and other cross-cutting issues (e.g., disability inclusion, human rights-based approach and climate change) - Strategic, sector and political economy analysis. - Project and investment identification, prioritisation and pre-feasibility support. - Technical assistance for project design, implementation and institutional/regulatory strengthening Output 2: Coordination among Team Europe actors is enhanced to improve coherence and synergies. - Team Europe coordination and secretariat support; - Analytical, mapping and strategic advisory support; - Formulation and programming support
