Description
This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to an Integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS). In summary, the Services comprise: an Integrated Human Resources Information System to include a secure Employee Database, Outsourced Payroll Services, Pension Management, Workforce Management (organisational structure), Performance Management, Time and Attendance functionality and Reporting functionality. The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be covered by the proposed Services Contract may amount to some €1,100,000 ex VAT over 5 years (Term of 3 years plus two possible extensions of 12 months each). SEAI will hold a market engagement meeting in relation to this tender.
