Description
Sykehusinnkjøp HF intends, on behalf of the Laboratory Clinic at Helse Bergen HF, to enter into a procurement agreement for equipment for automation of nucleic acid extraction and pipetting to PCR set-up. A framework agreement shall also be signed for instrument dependent consumables such as reagents, pipette tips, plates, etc. Two systems shall be procured, Chemagic Prime and Chemagic 360. Revvity Norway AS is the only supplier in the market who offers a system that the departments at the Laboratory Clinic need, and it is therefore assumed that the terms in the procurement regulations § 13-4 first section letter b no. 2 are fulfilled. Based on this, a direct procurement can be carried out. Part 5 has a description of the departments ́needs and a reason why Revvity Norway AS is the only supplier who can fulfil the requirements required for a new system in the departments.
