Description
About the procurement The objective of the procurement is to establish a comprehensive framework agreement for the procurement of PCs, IT user equipment and Teams Rooms units that cover Troms County's need for standardised, secure and efficient equipment in everyday work, meetings and teaching situations. The framework agreement shall ensure predictable access to relevant entities, at the same time it supports the planned replacement of equipment and the roll-out of meeting room systems. The framework agreement shall contribute to simplified management and operation through standardisation of models, accessories and meeting room packages, as well as ensure that the equipment functions seamlessly with the county ́s IT platform. Furthermore, the framework agreement shall facilitate efficient logistics, clarification and commissioning, so that units and meeting room systems can be used with high quality and low administrative work.
