Meddelande om frivillig förhandsinsyn avser köp av reagenser till Falu Lasaretts avdelning för Patologi och Cytologi Dalarna för analyser avseende rutin- och specialfärgningsinstrument för histologiska prover. Region Dalarna har för avsikt att tilldela Agilent Technologies Sweden AB kontrakt avseende dessa reagenser utan föregående annonsering, enligt 6 kap. 14§ punkt 2 och 3 samt 6 kap 17§ punkt 2, lagen om offentlig upphandling, LOU (2016:1145). Kontraktet avser kompletterande leveranser från den ursprungliga instrument- och varuleverantören. Samtliga reagenser som används i befintligt system är leverantörsbundna. Patologi och cytologi Dalarna, Falu lasarett, är ackrediterad mot SS-EN ISO 1589:2012 med omfattning enligt Swedac ackrediteringsnr. 1334. Utifrån ovanstående motivering och beskrivning avser Region Dalarna teckna avtal med Agilent Technologies Sweden AB, org. Nr. 556573-6773. Kontrakt kommer att tecknas 2024-06-17.
