Description
Meddelandet om frivillig förhandsinsyn avser köp av koblationsutrustning och förbrukningsmaterial under utrustningens livslängd till Falu Lasaretts avdelning ÖNH Operation. ÖNH Operation använder koblationsteknik för att förminska vävnad i halsmandlar, näsmusslor och viss typ av bihålekirurgi och är i behov av en ny utrustning. Koblationstekniken möjliggör hemgång för patienter efter två timmar (radiofrekvensteknik möjliggör inte hemgång inom så kort tid) vilket gör att fler behandlingar kan utföras. Region Dalarna har för avsikt att tilldela Smith & Nephew AB kontrakt avseende denna utrustning utan föregående annonsering, enligt 6 kap. 14§ punkt 3, lagen om offentlig upphandling, LOU (2016:1145). Anskaffningen skyddas av ensamrätt och kan därför endast tillhandahållas av Smith & Nephew AB. Region Dalarna känner inte till någon övrig konkurrens och varumärket "Coblation" ägs av Smith & Nephew AB.
