Description
Upphandlingen avser inrikes rehabilitering. Vid annonseringen av upphandlingen angavs felaktigt att upphandlingstypen var en koncession. Upphandlingen avser dock verksamhet som omfattas av lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU). Felet avsåg enbart den administrativa markeringen i annonsformuläret och har inte påverkat det faktiska förfarandet. Upphandlingen har i sin helhet genomförts i enlighet med LOU:s regler och principer om likabehandling, transparens och proportionalitet. Annonsen låg öppet publicerad i TendSign, och samtliga leverantörer har haft möjlighet att lämna anbud på lika villkor.
