Description
Upphandlingen avser Clarity LIMS, Centrum för Molekylär Diagnostik (CMD) använder laboratoriedatasystemet Clarity LIMS för registrering av provinformation, spårning av prover samt automation. I Clarity LIMS webgränssnitt kan användaren se och dokumentera pågående arbete som sker i labbet, skapa projekt och ladda upp provlistor, utreda status för projekt, skapa och konfigurera analysflöden (workflows), protokoll (protocols) och protokollsteg (steps/processes), dokumentera användandet av reagens lot-nummer samt samla in data från integrerade instrument. Alla laborativa utföranden som sker på ett mottaget prov dokumenteras i Clarity LIMS.
