Extrainsatser förekommer också, t.ex. lägenhetsstädning, golvvård, extra fönsterputsning, städning till följd av oväntade händelser och tillhörande arbeten. Entreprenaden är indelad i sex (6) team-områden. Anbud kan lämnas på hela beståndet eller delar av detta.

- Pga. kompletterande information under annonseringstidens gång förlängs tiden för anbudslämnande, i syfte att underlätta för samtliga anbudsgivare.
