Description
Projektet avser att på totalentreprenad utföra renovering av 120 st lägenheter tillhörande Skogslyckegatan 11-17. Fastigheten byggdes enligt uppgift omkring 1958. Framförallt antalet vattenskador kopplat till gamla avloppsstammar gör detta till ett högprioriterat projekt. Projektet omfattar befintliga lägenheter, installationer, dränering och utvändig VA, allmänna utrymmen, utemiljöer, tak och fasader
