Description

Stadsfastighetsförvaltningen, i samarbete med Utbildningsförvaltningen, inbjuder fastighetsägare att anmäla sitt intresse att delta i upphandlingen av ett hyresavtal om ändamålsenliga lokaler till Riksgymnasium för rörelsehindrade. Lokalerna kan tillhandhållas såväl i befintliga byggnader som nybyggda. En viktig förutsättning är att lokalerna finns inom norra centrum, se bilaga 3.3. Lokalerna ska ha en storlek om ca 1800 m2 och bör vara i bottenplan. Mer information om lokalens utformning ges under punkten 1.5 Lokalbehov samt bifogad Behovsbeskrivning.
