Incheierea unui Acord cadru de furnizarea produse avand ca obiect "Ïmbracaminte de protectie impotriva intemperiilor"-in conformitate cu prevederile din CS, cu respectarea tuturor specificatiilor cuprinse in CS si fisele tehnice atasate . Lot 1- Costum vatuit- cantitate minima 1675 buc; cantitate maxima 4858 buc; Lot 2- Sube scurte- cantitate minima 188 buc; cantitate maxima 1193 buc; Cantitatile sunt estimate pe durata intregului acord –cadru si sunt mentionate in anexa 1 Nota: Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari sau depune amendamente la modelele de acord- cadru sau contract subsecvent inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare si amendamentelor la modelele de acord- cadru sau subsecvent in a 13-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
