Description
Uuringu eesmärgiks on välja selgitada tegurid, mis mõjutavad Ida-Virumaa elanike ning ettevõttete veega varustamise kindlust ning pakkuda välja meetmed olukorra parendamiseks. Uuringuga tuvastatakse joogivee tootmisel ja muul (eelkõige tööstuslikul) otstarbel kasutamiseks vajaliku põhjavee puudujääk ning selgitatakse välja alternatiivsete veehaarete loomise võimalused koos vajalike investeeringute mahuga.
