Käesoleva riigihanke esemeks on projekteerimis- ja likvideerimistööd Ahtme mnt 88 endise asfaltbetoonitehase (ABT) jääkreostuse ohutustamiseks (praegune aadress Asfaldi tn 12, Kohtla- Järve linn, Ida-Virumaa, katastri tunnus 32206:002:0001).
