Description
Skellefteå kommun, Västerbottensteatern, Skelleftebuss och Skellefteå kraft inkl. dotterbolag upphandlar hyresmaskiner och hyra av trafikanordningsmaterial(TA-material), utsättning av TA-material, utformning av trafikanordningsplaner(TA-planer), tjältining och tillsyn för löpande avrop. I denna upphandling benämns trafikanordning som TA. Detta är en delad upphandling där anbudslämnaren kan välja att lämna anbud på en eller båda två delområdena. De två delområdena är: 1)Hyresmaskiner 2)Hyra av TA-material och köp av TA-tjänster (utsättning av TA-material, utformning av TA-planer, tjältining och tillsyn). Upphandlingen kommer att utmynna i ett rangordnat ramavtal där upphandlande myndigheterna kommer att teckna avtal med maximalt två leverantörer inom respektive delområde. Baserat på tidigare års inköpsvolymer uppskattas Skellefteå kommuns och de medverkande kommunala bolagens årliga inköp till ett värde av cirka 38 000 000 kr för båda delområdena tillsammans. Notera att detta blir ett ramavtal och inga volymer garanteras.
