Description
Boendeenheten i Linköpings kommun administrerar uthyrning av bostäder till personer med till exempel social problematik (t.ex. skyddad identitet, missbruk mm.) och flyktingar. Bostäder hyrs av privata och kommunala aktörer och hyrs sedan ut i andra hand till ovannämnda personer (hyresgäster). Boendeenheten är nu i behov av att upphandla ett nytt system för att administrera uthyrningen och förvaltningen av bostäder. Totalt arbetar cirka fem användare aktivt i det nuvarande systemet och ytterligare cirka 25 användare har läsbehörighet i systemet. I dagsläget hanteras omkring 400-600 hyresgäster aktivt i systemet och ett motsvarande antal hyresobjekt. Det behöver i systemet bland annat vara möjligt att administrera bostäder, hyresavtal, hyresgäster, ärenden, felanmälningar, besiktningar, nyckelhantering och fakturering. Det är även av stor vikt att behörigheter kan ställas in på flera olika nivåer då endast ett fåtal personer ska kunna ha tillgång till hela systemet, vissa personer ska endast kunna komma åt delar av systemet och vissa personer ska endast ha läsbehörighet i systemet.
