Upphandling av hygienpapper och plastprodukter. Kommunerna Lysekil, Munkedal, Sotenäs, Strömstad, Tanum, Trollhättan, Uddevalla och Vänersborg bedriver upphandlingssamordning under namnet VästUpp. Avsikten med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal för hygienpapper och plastprodukter, för succesiva avrop utifrån upphandlande myndigheters och avropsberättigades behov.
