Description
Upphandlingen omfattar slutlig omhändertagande av brännbart kommunalt avfall (restavfall) från hushåll och verksamheter, samt brännbart grovavfall från ÅVC samt verksamheter, insamlat i Strömstads kommun. Det brännbara hushålls- och grovavfallet ska behandlas genom förbränning. Matavfallet ska behandlas biologiskt genom rötning och återvinning av energin i form av biogas till fordonsbränsle och rötresten i form av näringsämnen till produktiv mark.
