Description

HSE Procurement intends to purchase an Automated Total Body Mapping System with a connected handheld dermatoscope camera for individual lesions to include a service contract with remote and on-site support from Schuco International London Ltd. Consequently, in accordance with Article 32(2)(b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU, competition is absent for technical reasons and the award of this contract to Schuco International London Ltd without a competitive process is permitted by the procurement regulations. HSE Procurement undertake that no contract shall be awarded to Schuco International London Ltd for the supply of these items until a period of fourteen days has elapsed, commencing on the day after the date of publication of this notice at European level.
