Description
University Hospital Limerick require an Automated total body mapping system with a connected handheld dermatoscope camera for individual lesions to include a service contract with remote and on-site support. System must have software for transfer of images. Consequently, in accordance with Article 32(2)(b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU, competition is absent for technical reasons and the award of this contract to successful vendor without a competitive process is permitted by the procurement regulations. HSE Procurement undertake that no contract shall be awarded to successful vendor for the supply of these items until a period of fourteen days has elapsed, commencing on the day after the date of publication of this notice at European level.
