Description

The Health Service Executive (HSE), as the contracting authority, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified economic operator to provide the HSE One Health Record Application Service as a national Electronic Health Record for Ireland via a competitive dialogue procurement process. The One Health Record Application Service will deliver a unified, lifetime electronic healthcare record that empowers patients and care providers to achieve better health outcomes, enhances quality and safety across all acute and community care settings services in Ireland which will be capable of supporting each patient’s journey through a range of multidisciplinary clinical, operational, and case management processes and improves their efficiency and agility. It is currently envisioned that the One Health Record Application Service will be available to: all patients and their carers (where appropriate); all HSE healthcare staff in all six health regions, including but not limited to: community and acute care staff - clinical, operational, and administrative; and all publicly funded (now and in the future) healthcare services, including the HSE, Section 38 providers and some Section 39 providers, in all six …
