Description
Naručitelj provodi otvoreni postupak javne nabave robe velike vrijednosti. Izvršnošću odluke o odabiru sklapa se okvirni sporazum s jednim gospodarskim subjektom za svaku grupu predmeta nabave, na razdoblje od dvije (2) godine, a čija je ponuda ocijenjena kao ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda, sukladno Zakonu o javnoj nabavi (NN 120/2016, 114/2022)(dalje u tekstu: ZJN 2016), prema uvjetima i zahtjevima iz ove dokumentacije o nabavi.
