Description
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit drei Unternehmen zur Beauftragung von Reinigungsleistungen, wobei die AG beabsichtigt unmittelbar von der Bestbieter:in zu den im Letztangebot angebotenen Konditionen abzurufen, also den „Leistungsvertrag“ abzuschließen. Vom Leistungsgegenstand umfasst sind die laufenden Unterhalts-, General- und Grundreinigung im Stiegenhaus, von Allgemeinflächen, Sanitäranlagen, Technikräumen, Büros und Laboren, Fensterreinigung, Sonderreinigungen, Außertourliche Leistungen (Regiestundensatz), Zukauf Verbrauchsmaterialien.
