HVAC-werkzaamheden zijn: - Vervanging van 7 luchtbehandelingsunits - Installatie van nieuwe leidingen en aansluiting op vernieuwde leidingen en secundaire leidingen op het vertrekniveau - Installatie van warmtepompen en hydraulische leidingen en collectoren Rook- en warmteafvoer: _ Installatie van nieuwe hoofd- en secundaire leidingen op het vertrekniveau - Installatie van frequentieregelaars om het juiste debiet op elk niveau mogelijk te maken met behoud van de huidige rook- en warmteafvoerventilatoren. Opties en varianten zijn niet toegestaan.
