Description
Doel van de aanbesteding is het aankopen van het ontwerp, de engineering en de opvolging van de uitvoeringsfase voor de werkzaamheden die nodig zijn voor ons project, bekend onder de projectnaam 'Smart Screening Lanes'. Het betreft de fit-out van een casco ruimte en de aanpassing van het bestaande screening platform. De scope van deze dienstverleningsovereenkomst is als volgt (niet-exhaustief): Architectuurstudie, inclusief: • Voorontwerp en conceptontwikkeling • Uitwerking van gedetailleerd ontwerp en uitvoeringsdossier • Assistentie bij de gunningsprocedure voor aannemers • Opvolging van de werken, inclusief: o Organisatie en rapportering van wekelijkse projectvergaderingen o Organisatie en rapportering bij voorlopige en definitieve oplevering Technische studie en opvolging, inclusief: • HVAC-installaties • Elektrische installaties • Rook- en warmteafvoer (RWA) • Brandveiligheid en brandbestrijdingssystemen Stabiliteit • Stabiliteitsstudie • Opvolging van de structurele werken Milieu en duurzaamheid • Integratie van milieueisen in ontwerp en uitvoering • Energie-efficiëntie en duurzaam materiaalgebruik EPB-verslaggeving en energieprestatieberekeningen • Toepassing van geldende Be…
