Description
Hankinta koskee henkilökuljetuksista Joensuun seudulla kuntarajat ylittäen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Hankinta toteutetaan 241498 Henkilökuljetuspalvelut, Siun sote dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään liittyvänä sisäisenä kilpailutuksena. Sopimuksessa noudatetaan kaikkia dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ehtoja, mikäli tämä tarjouspyyntö ei niitä muuta. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
