Description
Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal för framtida köp av enstaka platser på HVB. Platserna ska finnas inom 40 mil från Uppsala resecentrum. I första hand används boende inom Uppsala län. Målgruppen är personer med psykiska eller neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar från 18 år och uppåt. Samsjuklighet och fysiska funktionsnedsättningar kan förekomma. Personerna har i vissa fall innan placeringen haft vård enligt lagen om psykiatrisk tvångsvård eller lagen om rättspsykiatrisk tvångsvård.
