Ce projet a pour but de créer 3 reniflards en lieu et place des 3 ventouses existantes sur les 3 Conduites Forcées (CF) versant Allias de Miegebat. Ce système doit permette de réaliser des regimes hydrauliques (surpressions et sous pressions lors des phases transitoires) compatibles avec un fonctionnement opérationnel correct des 4 Vannes de Tête des Conduites forcées (VTCF) (3 versant Allias et 1 versant Bitet).
