Objet de la publicité : Sélection d’une équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre complète pour le projet de modernisation et d’extension du site industriel SHEM – Vallée d’Ossau (Laruns – 64). Le périmètre couvre un schéma directeur de site complet intégrant construction neuve, réhabilitation/reconfiguration de l’existant, VRD, parkings. La candidature est attendue sous forme de groupement (mandataire architecte) comprenant à minima les compétences suivantes : structure, CVC/plomberie, CFO/CFA/SSI, VRD et économie de la construction/chiffrage (en interne ou cotraitance). Décomposition de la mission : • Tranche ferme : APS – APD – Permis de Construire – PRO – DCE. • Tranches optionnelles : ACT – VISA/DET/AOR Visite obligatoire : Une visite obligatoire du site est prévue le 11 ou le 12 mai 2026 (date unique à confirmer). Lieu : Usine SHEM de Laruns. Les modalités (date définitive, horaire, point de rendez-vous) seront communiquées aux candidats après qualification/inscription. Capacité financière : Le candidat (groupement) devra démontrer un chiffre d’affaires annuel moyen minimum ≥ 600 k€ sur les trois derniers exercices disponibles.
