Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal omfattande yrkesutbildning, såsom definierad i förordning 2016:937 om statsbidrag för regional yrkesinriktad yrkesutbildning, det vill säga att omfattningen är reglerad till minst 400 och högst 1600 gymnasiepoäng och kan anordnas som reguljär yrkesutbildning eller som lärlingsutbildning. Båda studieformerna ska kunna kombineras med studier i SFI eller SVA (svenska som andraspråk) på grundläggande nivå.
