Description

Predmet nabave su građevinski radovi izgradnje i opremanja javne građevine društvene namjene – Centra za starije osobe u Našicama s opremanjem i izgradnjom prometnih i manipulativnih površina na parceli građevine. Izrađena je projektno tehnička dokumentacija i ishođena je građevinska dozvola za provedbu zahvata (Klasa: UP/I-361-03/23-01/000165, Urbroj: 2158-16/06-23-0018 od 17. ožujka 2023. godine). Radovi se izvode prema opisanom u glavnom projektu izrađenom po tvrtki Valenčak d.o.o. iz Našica, oznaka projekta 01/23, kojega čini osam mapa te elaborati zaštite od požara, zaštite na radu i geotehnički elaborat, glavni projektant. Zgrada je projektirana za izgradnju na zahtjevnom terenu površine 19.957 m2, ukupne građevinske bruto površine 4.892,87 m2 i ukupne visine 18,10 m koju čine suteren, prizemlje i dva kata. Zgrada je razvedenog oblika projektirana kroz tri volumena odnosno krila. Centar je dimenzioniran za ukupno 145 ležaja za korisnike 3. i 4. kategorije prema Pravilniku o minimalnim uvjetima za pružanje socijalnih usluga s uključenim poludnevnim i cjelodnevnim te povremenim boravkom korisnika.
