Description
Beställaren avser att upphandla Geodetiska mätinstrument, se avsnitt Kravspecifikation. Utbildning, support, möjlighet till inbyte samt möjlighet till hyra av utrustning. Instrumenten ska vara kompatibla med kommunens befintliga utrustning av märket Trimble. Beställaren uppskattar den totala inköpsvolymen per år till 1 MSEK. Takvolym för ramavtal är 5 MSEK för den totala avtalsperioden. Ramavtalet upphör att gälla om avropad volym överstiger takbeloppet. Ramavtalet är dock fortsatt tillämpligt avseende utförda eller pågående avrop. Beställaren förbinder sig emellertid inte att avropa en viss kvantitet, utan antagen leverantör är skyldig att leverera beställarens verkliga behov.
