Upphandling av driftsäkert koncept med en öppen samt halvöppen bilpoolstjänst till Beställaren, det vill säga tillgång till bilar, bokningssystem, statistikmodul, support, nyckelhantering, service, underhåll, tvätt och städning av bilarna. Med öppen bilpool menas att bilarna ska vara tillgängliga för Beställaren, allmänheten och externa företag. Målsättningen med upphandlingen av en användarvänlig elfordonspool är en pool med hög nyttjandegrad av både interna och externa användare.
