Description
Umeå Eco Industrial Park, strax nordost om Umeå, är ett av kommunens största industriområden med fokus på återvinning, cirkulär ekonomi och miljöteknik. Med pågående gröna innovationsprojekt och ambitiösa utvecklingsplaner ska området bli ett centrum för industriell symbios, energi, forskning och hållbar produktion. Uppdraget omfattar ett tekniskt beställarstöd till Umeå Energi, där konsulten fungerar som teknisk rådgivare inom den interna beställarorganisationen. Fokus ligger på styrning, uppföljning och kvalitetssäkring av EPCM-uppdraget kopplat till processintegreringen med FlagShip THREE, utan att själv utföra EPCM-arbetet. Arbetet innefattar bland annat stöd vid upphandling, granskning av tekniska lösningar (handlingar), uppföljning av tid, kostnad och kvalitet, risk- och säkerhetsarbete samt stöd under byggnation, idrifttagning och övertagande av anläggningar. Uppdragets omfattning utgörs av förfrågningsunderlaget i sin helhet.
