Description
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified Applicants interested in being considered for Renewable Energy Development Planning and EIA Professional Services Framework. The Contracting Entity wishes to put a framework agreement in place with a number of service providers for the provision of Renewable Energy Development Planning and EIA Professional Services relating to the development of a number of projects over the lifetime of the Framework. It is proposed that the Framework agreement is in place for a period of 4 years with the option to extend up to 8 years. Provision of specialist services to the Contracting Entity as required for the development of Renewable Energy projects in relation to all Planning and Environmental related matters, including but not limited to the following: • Pre-planning • Planning Application • Environmental Assessment/Appropriate Assessment • Application Monitoring • Further Information • Planning Appeals As the scale of the potential projects is unknown at this stage the planning process may be directed to the relevant county council or directly to An Bord Pleanála utilising the Strategic Infrastructure Development process.
