Description
The Contracting Entity invites interested parties (the Applicants) to this request. In this procurement process Open Cycle Gas Turbine and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine are being procured. This procurement process involves the establishment of a Qualification System in accordance with Directive 2014/25/EU. The Qualification System is of indefinite duration. However, it is currently anticipated that the Qualification System will apply for a period of 10 years from the date of its establishment with the option to extend at the Contracting Entity’s discretion (having regard to the nature, scope and extent of works required to be undertaken). The Contracting Entity reserves the right to terminate the Qualification System at any time at its absolute discretion. Contracts awarded under the Qualification System will continue for the agreed duration unless terminated in accordance with their terms. For the purposes of submitting initial Applications, Applicants must complete and return all documentation relating to their Application by the stated Application Deadline.
