Produsele solicitate sunt: cartofi, ceapă uscată, mere, morcovi, usturoi uscat, varză albă iar specificațiile tehnice ale acestora sunt prevăzute în Anexa prezentului Caiet de sarcini – Fișele tehnice ale produselor. • LOTUL 1:-CARTOFI • LOTUL 2:-CEAPĂ USCATĂ • LOTUL 3:-MERE • LOTUL 4:-MORCOVI • LOTUL 5:-USTUROI USCAT • LOTUL 6:-VARZĂ ALBĂ Prin achiziționarea produselor alimentare, conform specificațiilor tehnice din prezentul caiet de sarcini, Penitenciarul DEVA urmărește să asigure respectarea drepturilor de hrană ale persoanelor private de libertate custodiate, cu respectarea normelor de hrănire specificate în Ordinul Ministrului Justiției nr. 3147/C/08.08.2018 privind aprobarea normelor de acordare de drepturilor hrană pentru persoanele private de libertate din sistemul administrației penitenciarelor și în Ordinul Ministrului Justiției nr. 254/C/2023 pentru aprobarea valorilor financiare actualizate ale normelor de hrană ale persoanelor private de libertate.
