FURNIZARE PRODUSE ALIMENTARE conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini la caietul de sarcini. Acord cadru incheiat pe 24 luni, cu un singur operator economic. Acordul cadru se poate prelungi cantitativ si valoric conform legislatiei in vigoare , functie de bugetul existent. CANTITATILE MINIME SI MAXIME ALE ACORDULUI CADRU SE REGASESC IN CAIETUL DE SARCINI. CANTITATILE MINIME SI MAXIME ALE CONTRACTELOR SUBSECVENTE SE REGASESC IN CAIETUL DE SARCINI. Contractele subsecvente aferente Acordului Cadru se vor semna de 2 ori pe an sau în funcție de necesitatea si disponibilitatea bugetara a Autorității Contractante. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile.
