ACHIZITIE MEDICAMENTE ANTINEOPLAZICE 2024conform caiet de sarcini atasat. Incheierea unui acord cadru de furnizare valabil pentru o perioada de 12 luni. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia lunar sau pe orice perioada acoperita de disponibil bugetar, fara reluarea competitiei. Cantitatile prevazute in caietul de sarcini, sunt orientative si nu se constituie in obligatie contractuala. Aceaste cantitati au fost estimate la nivelul consumului mediu din anii anteriori. Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui lunar, in functie de buget, de necesitatile autoritatii contractante. CANTITATILE MINIME SI MAXIME ALE ACORDULUI CADRU SE REGASESC IN CAIETUL DE SARCINI. CANTITATILE MINIME SI MAXIME ALE CONTRACTELOR SUBSECVENTE SE REGASESC ANEXA NR. 1 LA CAIETUL DE SARCINI. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 ZILE. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod,consolidat, clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi fata de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
