Furnizare piatră concasată 0-63 mm 7.815,50 tone si piatra concasată 63-90 mm 15.631,00 tone. Livrare la Poligonul Bogata-Stejaris Turda , judetul Cluj ; Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 21-a zi si in a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161, alin (1) din Legea 98/2016. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile, conform art. 160, alin. (1) si (2) din Legea 98/2016. După acest termen autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata să răspunda la solicitările de clarificări sosite după termenul stabilit. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
