Description
Acord - cadru în baza carora se vor încheia contracte subsecvente de furnizare materiale de construcții pentru diverse unitati militare , defalcate pe 10 loturi. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare cu 10 zile inainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161, alin (1) din Legea 98/2016. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 12 zile, conform art. 160, alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016.
