Description
Marks kommun har, efter genomförande av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap. 14 § punkt 3 och detta meddelande, för avsikt att ingå avtal med Tietoevry AB (559435-9001) avseende support, underhåll och vidareutveckling av verksamhetssystemet Procapita/Edlevo. Äganderätten till verksamhetssystemet Procapita/Edlevo innehas av Tietoevry AB. Genom befintligt avtal med Tietoevry AB (559435-9001) har kommunen icke-exklusiv evig nyttjanderätt till verksamhetssystemet och dess avtalade programprodukter/moduler. Underhåll, support av Procapita/Edlevo kan därför endast tillhandahållas av Tietoevry AB då det som anskaffas skyddas av ensamrätt.
