Description
Mag- och tarmmottagningen och Infektionsmottagningen vid Falu lasarett har behov av en FibroScan Compact 530 samt en FibroScan Mini+ 430 för att utföra undersökningar på patienter med leversjukdom. FibroScan ger, på grund av annan metodik, bättre dokumentation vid dessa undersökningar än konventionellt ultraljud. Det är Region Dalarnas uppfattning att enbart Mediplast AB kan leverera denna utrustning. Regionen har tagit del av RFI genomförd i oktober 2024 av Region Norrbotten som bekräftar detta. Med hänsyn till ovanstående motivering har Regionen beslutat att genomföra en förhandlad upphandling utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU 6 kap. 14 §, punkt 2. Avtalsspärr för upphandlingen gäller därmed i enlighet med LOU och avtal kan tecknas tidigast 2024-12-06
