Description
Bräcke kommun har för avsikt att genomföra ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering gällande verksamhetssystem Procapita/Edlevo. Bräcke kommun efterfrågar support och underhåll av befintliga licenser samt integrationer för verksamhetssystemet i sin helhet. Det förefaller sannolikt att underhåll och support av det licenser samt integrationer som Bräcke kommun nyttjar endast kan tillhandahållas av Tietoevry Industri — Education med hänvisning till LOU 6. kap. 14 § . Med denna förhandsinsyn vill Bräcke kommun försäkra sig om att ingen annan leverantör än Tietoevry Industri — Education erbjuder underhåll och support av Procapita/Edlevo. Frivillig avtalsspärr på 10 dagar tillämpas. Nuvarande kontraktsvärde för avtalet är ca 100 000 kr/år ex moms. Avtalstid är tänkt till 2029 inklusive förlängningar.
