Description
Försäkringskassan upprättar ett dynamisk inköpssystem (DIS) för att tillgodose myndighetens behov av konsulttjänster avseende resurskonsulter och i mindre omfattning uppdragstjänster, inom kunskapsområdet IT-produktion och IT-infrastruktur. Försäkringskassans IT-Produktion (ITP) ansvarar för: 1. Att leverera drift och underhåll av IT-tjänst enligt överenskomna servicenivåer 2. Att se till att det finns rätt teknisk infrastruktur enligt fastställd servicenivå och beslutade satsningsområden 3. Att ge effektiv support och stöd för driftsatta tjänster 4. Att det finns resurser med teknisk kompetens och driftkompetens till utvecklingsprojekt 5. Att driftsätta testade och godkända leveranser
