1 Upphandlande myndighet Region Norrbotten, (232100-0230) Robertsviksgatan 7 971 89 Luleå 2 Beskrivning av ärendet Meddelande om frivillig förhandsinsyn gäller förvärv av rutinkemiinstrument, enligt 10 kap. 5 § LOU. Region Norrbotten har för avsikt att tilldela kontrakt genom förhandlat förfa-rande utan föregående annonsering, enligt 6 kap. 12-19 §§ LOU. 3 Bakgrund till beslutet Laboratoriemedicin i Region Norrbotten behöver utöka antalet rutinkemiinstrument vid laboratoriet i Gällivare för att skapa redundans och en säker drift för en ökad patientsäker-het. Instrumentet ska vara kompatibelt med redan befintlig lösning för rutinkemi i Region Norrbotten. 4 Motivering av beslut Region Norrbotten avser i enlighet med denna förhandsinsyn teckna avtal med Abbott Scandinavia AB. Region Norrbotten har genomfört en RFI i januari 2025. Resultatet visar att det endast finns en leverantör på marknaden som kan leverera rutinkemiinstrument som är kompatibelt med redan befintliga instrument och uppfyller Region Norrbottens krav. 5 Beslut Region Norrbotten fattar beslut att anta Abbott Scandinavia AB som leverantör av ett inte-grerat immuno- och allmänkemiinstrument, i enlighet med informationen …
