Description
On behalf of the counties in Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold, a new framework agreement shall be procured on Printed Books for the Library in the three counties plus 44 municipalities. The framework agreement shall i.a. include discounts on the book groups, additional services such as plastic and plastering and integration with the contracting authority ́s library systems. The framework agreement will be valid for two years, with an option for a further 2 (2) years. To be taken up as one (1) year at a time (1+1 year).
