Description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs rents approx. 100 official residences worldwide. These residences contain representation premises that are furnished for official receptions, diplomatic meetings and other representation purposes. The Ministry equips the representation part of the residences with, among other things, furniture, carpets and lighting articles that shall have contemporary and representative design and design, and reflect Norwegian culture and identity. The Ministry uses its own interior architects who prepare design concepts suitable for each residence, including recommended furniture, carpets and lighting articles and other objects naturally belong in such rooms. The following furniture is used as a collective term for the products in the agreement. In accordance with this Framework Agreement, the Tenderer shall procure the products that the interior architect has in order to organise the total freight of these to the forwarding provider chosen by the Foreign Ministry for further chartering to the foreign station.
